OMEGA’S BEGINNINGS

Omega Properties, Inc. was founded in January 1979 as a general commercial real estate brokerage and development company. Omega Properties, Inc. has developed self-storage properties, residential subdivisions and has been involved in many other commercial brokerage transactions such as land deals, small commercial and waterfront developments.

OMEGA’S FOCUS:

Since 1993, “Omega” has focused primarily on brokerage, acquisition, development and management of self-storage properties. It manages 8 storage facilities with over 3,900 self-storage units. Omega is also an affiliate broker of the Argus Self Storage Sales Network, the premier nationwide self-storage sales firm with over 40 brokers specializing in self-storage and covers Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Florida Panhandle.
