Bill Barnhill, CCIM, PhD., has been involved in the commercial Real Estate Business over 45 years, having specialized for the last 28 years in self storage. Bill holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has simultaneously served on the board of directors of both aviation and marine related businesses. He is also a past president of the Alabama Real Estate Securities and Syndication Institute. He is currently President of Omega Properties, Inc., a commercial real estate management and brokerage firm located in Mobile, Alabama. He has been actively engaged with the Alabama Self Storage Association having served as an officer and serves now on the Board of Directors at Cyber Reef Solutions, LLC, (an internet of things company) located in Shreveport La.

Experience: As President and owner of Omega Properties, Inc. He has extensive experience in the development and management of self storage facilities. He currently owns and manages seven self storage facilities with over 3,900 units and over 643,000 square feet. He has brokered over $200 million in self storage transactions.
